September 5, 2008 is the 10th anniversary of the death of the Danish designer Verner Panton, whose designs are among the icons of the 20th century. The official Panton reference portal, developed by Architonic in close collaboration with the Panton family, will go live precisely on this date. It will offer a detailed overview of the designer’s oeuvre. The digitalized legacy consists of around 2000 images, classified thematically and chronologically, accompanied by short explanatory texts.
